Eric and Christine each spent the first 10 years of their separate careers at the world’s most successful Re/Max office here in Vancouver, on competing teams. Crossing paths often, they recognized in each other a shared mantra that goes something like this- Although this profession represents high liability, high value advisory and marketing services – and, the delivery of said services should ALWAYS be taken VERY seriously – one should NEVER be caught taking THEMSELVES too seriously! Eric left his team in 2013 to start his own practice at a local boutique firm. In 2015, Christine decided to join him… and Coulombe & Hay was born! Two years later, the magnetism and well-aligned values of Engel & Völkers lured them to the EV Kerrisdale office that is now ‘home’, professionally speaking.
