About

Eric and Christine each spent the first 10 years of their separate careers at the world’s most successful Re/Max office here in Vancouver, on competing teams. Crossing paths often, they recognized in each other a shared mantra that goes something like this- Although this profession represents high liability, high value advisory and marketing services – and, the delivery of said services should ALWAYS be taken VERY seriously – one should NEVER be caught taking THEMSELVES too seriously! Eric left his team in 2013 to start his own practice at a local boutique firm. In 2015, Christine decided to join him… and Coulombe & Hay was born! Two years later, the magnetism and well-aligned values of Engel & Völkers lured them to the EV Kerrisdale office that is now ‘home’, professionally speaking.

Celebrating two years of partnership…

Since it’s beginnings in 2005, the foundation of Christine’s successful career has been built on long-lasting relationships thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business. Her ultimate goal is to ensure the real estate process is seamless, stress-free and above all enjoyable. She understands first hand that buying and selling a home is a major investment and also an exciting life event. Over Eric’s 15 years of service as a Realtor®, there has been a relentless and passionate focus on the advancement and advocation of his clients’ best interests, as is powerfully evidenced in his client testiomonials. Of utmost importance to him is that you be absolutely confident in the decisions you made and that you have no lingering doubts about the counsel you were given. That you, a potential client, achieve that, is Eric’s ultimate goal.

A primary alignment between Eric and Christine is the belief that your choice of Realtor® is crucial when entering into a property purchase or sale… the ‘fit’ between you and your professional will likely be the most influential factor of just how successful, by your own definition, you can be. Your agent is given trust and responsibility to manage what will be a very impactful experience, both personally and financially. It must be executed with the utmost in professional service, handled with sensitivity and discretion, and will involve the management of many moving parts: marketing, reviewing documents, diligence, market research, advising and counseling, negotiation, associated services such as inspectors and lawyers, the list goes on. Eric and Christine LOVE what they do… being chosen by new clients, and ‘re-chosen’ by past clients, is a giant honour for them, each and every time. They’d be thrilled to have you interview them.
