1. CLIENT Motivated, Not Commission Motivated

2. SOLELY focused on what is best for our clients. We passionately believe our long term success with repeat and referral clientele is based on this ethic.

3. NO Dual Representation: We do not represent both parties ie. buyer and seller, in a transaction. We do not feel that a Realtor can provide proper, unbiased representation to both parties’ best interests.

4. REALISTIC Market Valuation: We do not buy listings or ‘spin’ market value. Interpreting the accurate market value of a home and presenting this objectively allows a client to decide on the most important factor- what is the property worth to them?

5. KNOWING The Market Area: If we do not believe the client will be best served by ourselves in a particular market area that we are not familiar with, we will refer them to a qualified local realtor in that area.

6. NO BS: We will always give clients clear, honest information and advice.

7. NO Bonuses: some listings will offer an additional “bonus” on top of a typical buyer’s agent commission in order to entice the agent. In these cases, we will credit this bonus amount to the buyer.

8. NO Kickbacks: when referring clients to related services and professionals (eg. brokers, tradespeople, inspectors), we choose these referrals based solely on who we believe can perform best for our clients and do not accept any kickbacks or remuneration for doing so.
